We use a blend of premium cocoa beans from Tanzanian and Madagsacar to create a 65% chocolate. We are one of the few companies in the UK who make our own chocolate. It's then studded with freshly roasted brazil nuts after which we add a smooth mix of traditional Christmas spices, orange and port-soaked cherries
