These well-respected organic beans come from cooperative farming communities along the Ucayali River in the Amazon rainforest. Once an area known for drugs and crime, growing cacao helps communities to thrive and live peacefully.  The chocolate has a low acidity with a mild sweetness and delicate, fruity notes.

We add some ground up, crunchy roasted  peanuts to add an extra dimension and texture
