Tsarafandray is a cacao cooperative in Madagascar that creates organic cacao with no pesticides and using only natural fertilisers. The resulting chocolate has a smooth texture with flavours of red fruiits on a well balanced chocolaty undertone. We pair this with roasted espresso from our friends at Roundhill Roastery near Bath which is added as the chocolate is grinding
