We now have three dates planned for courses for winter 2018 - 28th January, 25th February and 25th March. They are being held in the classroom of the Thoughtful Bread Company in the centre of Bath just up from the Theatre Royal. They run from 9.30 to 4.00 and include coffees and pastries first thing then a communal lunch in the cafe upstairs.

We will begin by having a short tasting session of different chocolates from around the world, comparing their flavours and finding out the process of how chocolate is made. Then we'll roll up our sleeves and get busy. You will be shown how to make a caramel and we'll make different ganaches from cream and butter and a vegan option too. We'll pipe these into moulds and decorate different shapes to fill with chocolate. Once all that's done we'll have some well-earned food. After lunch you'll be taught different tempering techniques then we'll finish off our moulded chocolates and hand roll and decorate some truffles.

Everyone takes home a selection of all the chocolates made. No experience necessary. Maximum group size of 10
